All courses are delivered online via Zoom, with materials shared in advanced and recordings provided afterwards.

Beginner

New to the subject, or wanting a refresher. Perhaps you are looking to build your CV for a position in crisis management, have started a new role, or volunteer as a responder.

Intermediate

You have been working or volunteering in the field for some time, but want to understand the theory behind the practice and expand your knowledge beyond the every day.

Advanced

A comfortable practitionner in the field, you want to deepen your theoretical knowledge of crisis management. You may work at the strategic or management level, and be looking to develop policies for your organisation, or you may be a expert in one area of crisis management and be looking to broaden your knowledge.
